Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded in full with a 30 day or more notice. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit all deposit monies. If we are able to re-book the lodging, we will refund the deposit or apply it to lodging at a later date. At Headhunters, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to canceled trips, and we reserve the right to make refund decisions on a case by case basis.

Please let us know if you would like an earlier check-in or later check-out. We will do our best to accommodate you.

No Smoking is allowed in any of the lodging facilities

Please remove wading boots before entering any of the lodging facilities

The pet policy varies by facility. Please inquire when booking.

Clients will be required to sign the following lodging agreement at check-in.

We do not take new bookings more than a year in advance. We do this so clients that stay at a place one year have the opportunity to rebook the same days for the following year. We give the current clients one week from the time they check out to rebook for the next year. If the client does not rebook, that place is then available for other clients to book.
