Sutton Place
Originally built in the late 1800’s, the Sutton Place was completely refurbished in 2003. Now used as a fisherman’s rental, it has quickly become popular for groups of four who want to be right in the action (yes, Craig has some action!).
The Sutton Place has a small living room, full kitchen for those who like to cook, two bedrooms with 2 twin XL beds each, and a loft area with a fifth twin bed. A BBQ is on the back deck, which is a great place to cook a meal and enjoy the evening light with your favorite beverage. The front porch faces the morning sun and is a beautiful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for your guide.
$325 per night
(plus an 8% lodging tax and 4% local tax)
Winter / Spring Special – Nov. 16th through March 31st – $250 per night

Note: from Nov. 16th to March 31st, daily housekeeping will only be available upon request

- Pet Policy: Pets allowed in the cabins for a $20 a night fee. Please do not leave pets unattended at any time and keep pets off of the furniture and beds. If your pet is left unattended in the cabin, a $100 fee will be charged.
